Ham Salad
Ingredients
15 Cups Boneless Cooked Ham (Trimmed of Fat)
5 Hard-Boiled Eggs
3 Celery Stalk, Finely Chopped
1/2 White Onion (Medium Size)
2/3 Cup Dill Relish
3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
Freshly Ground Pepper to Taste
Redmond Sea Salt to Taste
Directions
Cut Ham into Chunks to fit inside food processor, use short, quick pulses to desired size or minced
Finely Chop Onion and very thinly slice celery stalks
Chop Eggs in empty food processor
Mix all ingredents in a large bowl, preferrably one with an airtight lid.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and chill for serveral hours for best taste.
