Homemade Ice Cream Base

2 Cups Heavy Cream

2 Cups Whole Milk

3/4 Cup Cane Sugar

Directions

Mix in Blender to aerate mixture (Optional, Creates that nice Ice Cream feel)

Pour Mixture Into Ice Cream Machine

No Machine: Churn Ice Cream in Pre Frosted Glass Pan every 30 to 45 minutes until desired consistency.

Flavors - Add to Base

Vanilla - 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Chocolate - 4 tbsp Cocoa Powder and 1/4 Cup Additional Sugar

Chocolate Fudge - 4 tbsp Cocoa Powder, 1/4 Cup Chocolate Syrup, and 1/4 Cup Additional Cane Sugar

Mint Chocolate Chip - 2 tsp Mint Extract and ½ Cup Dark Chocolate Chips, Fold in Chips after Ice Cream reaches a soft serve consistency in a separate pre chilled glass bowl

Strawberry - 2 Cups Strawberries added to Blender, 2 Cups of Strawberries Chopped to Fold in after Ice Cream reaches a soft serve consistency in a separate pre chilled glass bowl

Blackberry - Add 2 Cups Frozen Blackberries and additional 1/4 Cup of Cane Sugar to Blender
