Chicken Marsala
8 Chicken Tenderloins (Fresh or Frozen)
16 oz pkg Sliced Mushrooms
1 Medium Onion
1 cup Chicken Broth
½ cup Marsala Wine
2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp salt
Directions
Chop and saute onion in saute pan. Chop mushrooms to bite sized pieces. Add to skillet. Cook down mushrooms and onions on medium heat. Add broth and wine. Stir. Spread out mushrooms and onions to a thin layer. Add chicken on top of vegetables. Cover. Simmer for 15 to 30 minutes until chicken is fully cooked. Remove Chicken and fresh herbs. Reduce liquid on medium high heat for 20 minutes. Add chicken back to pan.
